Carlin's Last Stand

As many of you know I host a radio show weeknights at 11pm here in Montreal on CJAD 800am. I play comedy clips from different comedians hailing from around the world, and I must tell you that before this gig I rarely listened to comedy on CD or watched on DVD. Unless it was someone I really liked or that person is a personal friend of mine. George Carlin was one of those men. He wasn't a personal friend, but he was and still is my comedy hero. Prior to his death earlier this year he taped his newest HBO special which now is out and available on Itunes and on CD. Simply put- brilliant!
He saved his best for last! His use of language better than ever, his brutal honesty even more brutally honest if that is possible. In an ironic twist most of the subject deals with death and how others react to death - weird but again genius.
George, Mr. Carlin sir, you went out on top! You didn't burn out or fade away, I think you just knew this was your last - and you did not disappoint.
Everyone go out and buy Carlin's "It's Bad For Ya!" Why you ask? Because it is that good!
