It's beginning to look a lot like....

As I sit here typing this entry, Montreal, my beloved home town is being blanketed by the white stuff. I am not saying that there is a cocaine epidemic (or is pandemic - what is the difference?) It is snowing like crazy, about 10cm has fallen already and there is more on the way.
What I find funny is almost everyone that I have spoken to lately tell me how they want a white Xmas. Today these are the same people asking themselves why they live here in the Great White North. Be careful for what you wish for. That's why I only wish for things that are a win win situation, like a lifetime supply of steak and Orange Crush. Or that all shoe stores carry size 14 in stock and there is no extra charge for being big. (that's right ladies size 14 EEE!) So please be careful for what you wish for.
But on a serious note, lets all hope for all the men and women serving our country overseas come home soon and safe. Lets all hope for some sort of cure for the Avian flu - Buckley's for chicken perhaps.
