Sudbury Saturday Night! (And Friday too)

Although I have been across Canada numerous times, there is something about Sudbury, Ontario that makes it feel like my second home. It may be that I have developed many a friendship with people in the northern town, or it could be that they always get me drunk and I can't remember anything that I like it so much. This past weekend, myself and fellow comedian Ryan Wilner, entertained two sold out, very receptive and enthusiastic crowds at Ugi's Restaurant and Bar. We were treated like royalty, and the shows were incredible, I can't wait to return. A big thank you to Walter aka the NIGHT OWL, Kerri and Dino who are the most gracious hosts anyone can have. If you are ever in the neighborhood go to Ugi's ask for one of them and tell them Joey sent you, I highly recommend the pizza. Also thank you to Lino and the Beef and Bird for messing me up, and the good people at the Travellodge. And last but not least thank you to Sudbury, for a most memorable time. |
